Ok so I am thin, I weight 115 and am 5'5. BUT, I am cursed with the cottage cheese thighs that so run in my family. They are bad, and I hate it...so I am trying this experiment, I will go on the stair stepper as much as possible for four days and see if I notice a difference, I plan to drink lots of water and all. Today I burned 1,500 calories. Ok, so how realistic are my expectations? Is it possible to reduce cellulite in four days?
