Car A/C... What could be the problem?

Yesterday, I put 134R in my ac, It blew great in 103 degree weather. Today I started my car and there was nothing but warm air coming out and I didn't hear the compressor kick in like yesterday. What could be the problem with my A/C? I have a 1996 Buick Century Sedan V6 3100.
