Help with some workout tips please!!!?

There are many different types of crunches you can do and those balls work great as well mix it up some crunch exersices are more intense than others can target exactly the area you need help on . try finding a personal training facility where they offer bootcamps and personal training sessions somethings its like 12 sessions for a few may seem expensive but you can walk away learning how to do everything on your own when the 12 sessions are over and sometimes thos same places offer a bootcamp session where a few people work out together on targeted ares core, upper, lower awhole body fitness the core is a killer there you will learn about the abs and its stuff you don't learn in the big gyms - so try that maybe ask mom or dad to get it for at xmas and GREAT JOB GUY WAY TO GO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it must be nice to be close to your goal .
