Any of you who have never seen Colt Cabana or NJPW - did Punk's mention of them make you check them out?

Both have plenty of vids available on YouTube? Colt Cabana has a free podcast called the Art of Wrestling on iTunes. You can download iTunes for free & don't need an iPod to get iTunes & have a listen. Colt interviews wrestlers one of his guest being CM Punk. I'm plugging him cheaply yes, but my question is important too.
