I need help with a dispute on eBay using PayPal guest account?

So here is the deal. I bought an item on eBay and have not received it. The seller will not respond to any of my emails. I have a PayPal account, but due to someone hacking it, my account was limited and I could not use it at the time. Therefore, I used a guest account on PayPal to checkout. I tried to open a dispute on eBay and it gave me a message saying since I checked out with PayPal, I had to go through them to open a dispute. Since I do not have a transaction ID, I cannot do this. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you go about solving it? Thank you so much for reading!
