Do HID lights work on Buick Rendezvous?

I just recently got this vehicle and I had a HID kit for Low Beams and High Beams on my old car and tried it on my new one but they didnt work I do not know if the bulb was broken but it looked fine to me. Also the old car I had them on got rear ended thats why I had to get the buick.
