In Armenia what words mean logding, hotel, pensions house, guest house and short term accommodations?

I'm arriving soon and after researching Armenia's history culture and cost of living I find that the internet offers of accomodation seems high as if it was western Europe quoted in Euro$ so would prefer to stay at local places most likely withOUT signs in English.
